Gebruik Firefox en de extensie FlashBlock. Die zorgt dat je eerst moet klikken voordat een flash filmpje geladen wordt (scheelt in de banners ook), zodat je even tijd hebt om je muis al op de goede plek te zetten om geluid uit te doen.

In de link van t flashbestand kun je vinden: autostart=YES
zet die naar NO en dan start ie niet meer automatisch.
