Zolang je inderdaad als aanvaller dan nog op eigen helft staat, maar als jij over de middenlijn bent en je staat buitenspel dan maakt het niet uit wie van je medespelers de bal naar je toe speelt! Dan is het het tenzij het uit een inworp is altijd buitenspel, ja dus ook als de keeper uittrapt/doeltrap neemt!

Ten eerste heeft de bal naar voren spelen geen invloed op buitenspel of niet. Theoretisch kan iemand een bal naar achteren spelen, als jij dan vervolgens vanuit buitenspelpositie die bal gaat halen sta je strafbaar buitenspel. Van invloed is (onder andere) of iemand zich \'voor\' de bal bevindt. Dat kan wel bij een hoekschop. De hoekschop moet immers worden genomen vanuit dat kwartcirkeltje (hoekschopgebied) rondom de cornervlag. Die cirkel heeft een straal van een meter. Als je dan dus de bal op de zijlijn legt bij een corner kan de bal een meter van de doellijn liggen. Je kunt dan dus \'voor\' de bal staan als je bijvoorbeeld op de doellijn gaat staan. Het is dus wel van belang dat deze regel in de spelregels staat.
