Dat zou in dit geval er best mee te maken kunnen hebben. Maar wanneer u er zelf naar zoekt www.azmoves.com... zult u zien dat de huizen daar in vergelijking met NL spotgoedkoop zijn. Ook wanneer ze niet bij een luchthaven in de buurt liggen. NL is gewoon belachelijk duur. Komt natuurlijk doordat we hier met veel teveel mensen op een kluitje wonen, dan betaal je meer voor een m2 grond. En de loonkosten en belastingen zijn hier natuurlijk ook véél hoger.
